Luke 37024
Hi there, what does the error say? What version of the Samsung app do you have? What are you trying to play?
Ninko 63
Hi, It says, Playback error, no compatible streams are available. Please try again later or contact your administrator for details. Emby for Samsung 1.0.94 I was trying to watch a film, but it doesn't matter what I try to watch, I get the same error. Luke 37024
OK, I would suggest updating to the latest version of our app using the USB install method: https://emby.media/emby-for-samsung-smart-tv.html Unfortunately Samsung is no longer accepting store submissions for your older model so it's never going to be able to go past 1.0.94. Thanks Your version of the server is fine, it's the Emby Samsung app that is a little out of date for the reasons I mentioned above.
