darrenkdean 29
Historically, I've always used Fire Stick's &/or Roku's to access our Emby Server. Today, I used a Nvidia Shield Pro. Unfortunately, after I select the Username, enter the Password, & login, it just sits there on a loading screen. All other devices still work. Is there a known compatibility issue with Nvidia Shield Pro's being used with Emby for Android TV to access the Emby Server? Running Emby Server 4.6.4.0 on Ubuntu 20.04.3 LTS I can see on the Emby Server Dashboard that the Nividia Shield has logged in, & I don't see any errors in the server log, but the shield never moves off of "loading". Thoughts? Best- Darren

ebr 14862
Hi. No message at all pops up? What happens if you hit the back button? It just looks like an invalid login: 2021-09-26 01:07:09.011 Error Server: Invalid username or password entered.

The server dashboard shows that the Nividia Shield logged in with that account, but after 5 - 10 minutes of just spinning & loading, nothing ever happened. Rebooted the Nvidia Shield & tried again, but had the same issue. Logged into the account in Chrome Browser on a laptop & it worked fine. Any thoughts? ebr 14862
Hi. Did you try the "back" button? Did anything happen then? What version of the app is installed?
