rodainas 188
If have read a bunch of comments of problems with 4K HDR combination with the latest chromecast, do yo have a 4K file without HDR to test it?

rodainas 188
Yeah I read various comments about the stuttering with the 4K HDR combo. Not much you can do there on while direct playing, because the load comes from the client device. The only other thing you could do server-side is transcoding that video. Have you tried the emby androidtv app on the chromecast? Â

I would try to get a 4K non hdr movie, if  this works with no stutter then you can be sure is a 4k-hdr limitation on that device.
