horstepipe 356
Hello I setup hw transcoding successfully, now I wanted to enable transcoding for one user as he has a very limited bandwidth (16mbit/s). But it looks like there are no settings for this in the Apple TV app? I only see it for music, but not for video…?

Happy2Play 8139
Little confused on exactly what you are asking but wouldn't you just set a stream limit on the User, so anything over 16Mbps will automatically transcode? But from a specific device perspective the user would have to set the playback quality on the device.

horstepipe 356
would it be possible adding a 10mbit/s transcoding selection? The user I want to set this up for has 12mbit/s Edited September 11, 2021 by horstepipe
Luke 36879
Yes we can look at expanding the options. Thanks.
