SDMattman 6
This is an issue that has been happening on my Roku for awhile now. I'll update my post in a bit with all the model/version numbers (I'm on my lunch break and don't have the info handy). I'll try to describe what happens. When watching a video, the image will freeze. The audio jumps back about 3-5 seconds and repeats what has already been played. When the audio catches back up the video will play on fine. Sometimes it happens again on the same file, sometimes it doesn't. The only thing that might be a common factor is that it seems to happen more on older SD content. The CPU usage on the Emby server never jumps above 5% when this happens. Where should I start poking around?
ebr 14862
Hi. Is there a transcode log? Also what is the source? A file or live TV?
SDMattman 6
I'll work on getting a log. The source is a file.

SDMattman 6
It seems to have stopped misbehaving at the moment, and I can't get good feedback from anyone in my household about this... so the next time it happens I'll get right on top of it and post the log.
