I suspect this is waiting for the server to complete subtitle extraction. This can take a minute or two on the first playback start, after that it should be quicker. Unfortunately your server log is way too big and has too many devices doing playback for me to try and narrow this down. If possible, run the 'Rotate Log File' task, then try the playback again with subtitles, then save the log with just one device with playback that doesn't start.
