Why does Emby list only entire TV series, not seasons or episodes?

New user -- why does Emby not allow me to play or view individual episodes (or even seasons?).

Doesn't look like anything is being collected from the internet and identified to me. No pictures, no text, nothing. Do you have a working internet connection from your Emby server?

Thank you, everyone, for your interest in helping me out.

It turns out that the solution was: Do nothing. It was just taking a long time to update TV series. I took a look after work today and found that most TV series were recognized.
