Selecting an item behind the main menu on android

Using the embycon estuary skin, I'm unable to click on an item that's behind the main menu.

If I hide the main menu by clicking outside of it and then try to click on an item at the edge of the screen, behind the main menu, that menu appears and I click on the menu item that happens to be there instead.

Is there a setting I can change to prevent that or is that an issue with the skin.

looks like you are using the customized skin with a touch device, the customized skin does not support touch interfaces.
Have you tried using a keyboard to control to see if it stops the issue.

Ah, yeah, so that explains it. I assume using a keyboard wouldn't have that issue but then it wouldn't be very practical to use with a tablet or phone, which is where I wanted to use embycon since I don't sync those very often and it takes forever to do so this would have fixed it.

Is there an easy way to add the items from embycon to the main menu of the normal estuary skin?

No not the default skin but there are other skins that let you completely customise the home screen menu.
