Stephen49 5
I believe after an MacOS Server update the local address changed. In the past it has always been 192.168.7.100:8096. Now it looks like a Mac address ( http://[fd6a:389f:3858:1:XXXX:XXXX:XXXX:XXXX] )that can't be copied easily to link my in network devices. What gives????? Also the address only works on the server Mac and can not connect to the iPad Emby app. Please help??? roaku 793
That's an IPv6 address, the easy to read ones are IPv4. You should be able to change some configuration at some level of your network to get back to IPv4. Hopefully, someone here can help you with those details. Stephen49 5
Thanks for your response roach. Restarting the server brought me back to my IP4 address.
