So I have a Late 2018 Mac Mini that I use as an Emby server.

It is running macOS Catalina (Latest) and the latest version of Emby (4.6.4.0)

My issue is that up until now Emby has recognized all my movies so far and with this update I noticed that it hasn't recognized 2 of my movies (so far) which are TMNT (Reboot) and Spider-Man 2 (2004) so I don't know what's going on. I also have Spider-Man (2002) and Spider-Man 3 (2007) as well and those movies are being recognized as well as TMNT Out Of The Shadows. Also noticed that when completing either a TV Show or Movie it would automatically be removed from the Latest TV Shows/Movies list, is there a way to reenable that feature/option?

Any other info you need just ask.

Thank you.

Hi @dn_angel000 have you tried using the Identify feature to correct the matches? How are your files named and organized?

I have them organized and named in the attachments below, I also use the MKV file extension if that matters. I also used the scan my Library to get the movies to show up, but that doesn't work so I can't really use the identify feature on movies that aren't visible unfortunately!! lol

For best results, you should follow naming conventions:

Emby Movie Naming : Emby

Thank you for that been updating all my crap with the new folder structure and now have both movies listed as well as others I had no idea were having issues!! lol Is there a way to make it so that any movies/tv shows listed in the Latest Movies and TV Shows are automatically removed after watching them?
