Moved house and now can't access emby server from devices

I moved house a week ago. New internet setup, emby server up and running on WDPR2100. I can see it on my computer and access it locally but I cannot access it from any devices; ipad, iphone, nvidia shield. The server is visible but I just receive "connection failure".

What am I doing wrong?

Maybe your ports arent forward on your router, maybe a firewall is blocking incoming connections.

Need to check those.

I haven't, I can't see where I can change that setting from my app. Been a while since I set my emby up so I'm a bit rusty

How did you specify your connection to the server in the first place?

Hi @Nafe, I would suggest checking out our Connection Troubleshooter:

https://support.emby.media/support/solutions/articles/44001849007-connectivity

Please try the steps listed there and let us know which ones succeed and which ones do not. Thanks !

Feel like an absolute wally... just re-added using my local address. It was that simple

My network knowledge is all abit upside down, I've got my comms friend coming to do it properly. I'm running a google wifi mesh via a virgin hub. Emby running a WD PR2100 via ethernet but then other than that, my knowledge gets an absolute gamble of trial and error lol

Hi, what do you mean by re-added? Where exactly are you referring to?
