Webhooks or Prowl

I am trying to get it to work but do not know where to start. Please help if possible. Thanks.

Did search the forum. Could not find anything that would help from the beginning to the end. How do I know what url to use ?

 

I am trying Prowl now but can't figure out what to put for

 

Retrieve success URL:

Ok sure. I went to https://www.prowlapp.com/api_settings.php image.thumb.png.7091f300fe77faa2e5daa5b67ea2c19c.png

Tried the api key first which did not work. Now trying a provider key but don't know what to put for Retrieve success URL :(

Basically tell me when someone starting playing something and if it buffers ever. Thanks.

Okay, I think we can get the playback events working for you. However I'm not entirely sure how to know if the stream is buffering.

Okay, the trick with webhooks, is that you POST data to a url url when an event triggers in Emby.

Where would you like to send data when the playback event fires?

Is there a particular application you were look at accepting the data?
