Resume video problems and collection display on Android Box

Hi Emby community. Hope you're all well. On my Emby it is very slow to resume video if it resumes at all. Is this a common issue? On all the platforms I use Emby on, it either stalls when I try to scrub through the video (like say to the halfway mark) or just starts it back at the beginning. Any thoughts on this? Also, is it possible to adjust the display of the files in my Colletions on the android box to get rid of the Netflix like side scrolling and just have a thumb wall? Is there anyway to tell my Terramaster TNAS to automatically restart Emby Server when it crashes? It seems to crash VERY often when I scrub through a movie.

Is there a way / could there be a way added on Android TV to enact thumbnail scrubbing when "skipping" by default? I am on Shield TV Pro (2019) right now, and I have to click the down arrow to bring up the show overlay before thumbnails show up for scrubbing. If I just simply click left or right, it just skips without showing any thumbnails.

So I'm remotely accessing a friend's server and while watching streaming video, neither the scrubbing slider nor the volume slider do... Anything. And the audio is SUPER quiet. Attached is an image of my browser window, relevant areas at least, showing that the bar is not showing a timestamp even though the video has started playing for at least 10 seconds. Also, while quiet, I can assure you that audio was playing at the time of the screenshot, despite the slider being completely down.

First off, let me just say what a great program Media Browser is! After hearing about Microsoft dropping future development of WMC. I researched and tried all kinds of solutions, but MB is by far the best I have found. I'm currently using with a HD Homerun Dual Tuner and Server WMC for live tv. My only frustration is that I can't fast-forward or rewind during live or recorded tv. Have I missed a step or setting or is this just a limitation of the current version of MB or Server WMC? Does using Next PVR as the TV solution remedy this? I appreciate any insight or suggestions, as I greatly miss this feature from my WMC days.
