  1. I have an issue with TV Shows not moving to the next episode or playlists playing the next item. It is not all of the time and it is only with mkv files. Items that I have as mp4 files seem to always go to he next thing. Because I've only seen this with mkv files, I assume it has something to do with the files themselves. I need to know what to fix or change in how I burn discs. Attached are my logs. I did a Castle episode (mkv) which did not go to the next one, a MASH episode (mp4) which did, and two playlists that working great right now (of course when I want an error thrown!). It's much more common on files burned from DVDs than from Blu-rays which again leads me back to it being an issue with the mkv file. I have noticed this happening on the LG app and on our Roku. I saw what you need to troubleshoot on the Roku, but like I said, I think it has to do with mkv files so until I've discounted that I really don't want to fight with the Roku stuff. One of my kids has noted that this also happens on the Windows app sometimes. Play next episode automatically and enable are you still watching prompts are both checked. I've been using MakeMKV to burn my discs. There isn't much I can change on the settings there, but if there is something I need to fix on the files I'll try. Any thoughts or help is appreciated. 2. Hello, on my KS7500, once the episode is finished, a next one is automatically played. However, in the settings, I have unchecked this option. This started with version 1.0.77 and still present on version 1.0.78. Some idea? thank you

    issue with next episode

Hi guys , I hope everyone is safe. I have a small issue with emby app for samsung ks8000 / All emby versions. In the middle of any episode press the "next item". When The next episode plays wait until the playback control disappears. Just press OK button in the remote. It will jump to next episode again. I have to press down button instead of ok or will jump to next. thanks and be safe guys.
  4. Hello, Sometimes I jump to the next episode through the arrow on the OSD, before the "next episode start in..." appears. That episode then shows up as partially watched.. I do this often as I binge through a series. This hogs up the "continue..." section. If the episode would be marked as fully watched, after I click on the next episode, that would be a lot less hassle to get those partially watched ones out of the way. I'm not sure if I'm the only one who wants this implemented, but I guess it doesn't hurt to ask. Cheers!

    Next episode not playing

Hi there, I'm experiencing some issues when watching a series on my LG BluRay-Player via DLNA. It often happens that playback of the next episode doesn't start. I nearly always have to start the first next episode manually on my Android tablet. All following epsiodes (second, third,...) will then start playback automatically. Watching series on that tablet or on my PC via browser works fine with automatic playback of the next episodes. I couldn't find a particular log to provide but I will share as much information as needed. 6. I found a fascinating bug feature in the new Roku interface. I thought I was doing something wrong at first, but I have been able to come up with some interesting scenarios to bring out the details: If I have all the episodes of a season and there are no specials, everything is fine and it will play next properly. If I have all the episodes of a season and there is a special episode, it will reload the same episode for next. -- E.g. I Love Lucy -- S00E01 (Unaired Pilot) is being displayed as the "first episode" before the Season 1 episodes. This does not show any "Next Episodes". S01E01 through the end of Season 1 shows the same episode as the next. Season 2 onward shows everything fine. -- If there are multiple Specials in the season (Married with Children... Season 9, for example), the Next Episode seems to be CurrEpNum-NumSpecialsInSeason+1 If I am missing an episode of a season, "Next Episode" works fine until the missing episode, at which point it skips an episode -- E.g. The Big Bang Theory -- I am missing episode 5 of the current season. Eps 1-3 show the appropriate Next Episode; Ep 4 correctly shows Ep 6 as the next, but Ep 6 shows Ep 8 as next, with this one-episode skip for the remainder of the season. I can repeat the above scenarios consistently by removing an episode and re-scanning (to reproduce #3), and finding a show with Specials aired within the season. It appears I'm running Emby for Roku 3.0.25. My Emby server is 3.2.17.0 (Linux). I don't know if this is a Roku app issue or a Server issue as I don't have any other Smart Devices. I am attaching photos of my TV to show what I'm seeing. Ideas?
