Conversion is making mulitple copies of the same file in directory

Hi, I set up a conversion rule on my movies library, to convert to "original media folder, next to original files" and when I checked on the status I noticed that the conversion is making 31 additional copies of the same file in the directory. Screenshots attached. Any ideas on what's going on? Screenshots, server log, and ffmpeg logs are attached. Server is running on Windows pc, libraries reside on readyNAS, being accessed from linux laptop. I checked the files - they are all duplicates of the original media. They are also seemingly not following the conversion settings - I set for 2.5MBps and these are maxing out at maybe 250-300kbps bitrate. embyserver.txt ffmpeg-transcode-e4816630-7d67-4498-94a6-1e961f05e815_1.txt
