Hello, I was consolidating my photo library and realized that if I have multiple sources/library paths and they contain the same year or month, I get duplicate folders under the photo library when browsing. If I have three separate sources and all contain the same year or year+month, I will get three, etc. Is there a way to merge these so that in Emby I am only presented with unique years and months regardless of the source? I am looking for a setting in Emby itself and not software that will merge the file system to make multiple sources appear as one. Thanks!
SenatorIvy posted a topic in General/WindowsHello! I could have sworn the other day that it was possible to group multiple libraries together in the library view, but now I'm finding myself insane, as it doesn't seem to be the case. I've got an interesting layout that seems necessary for my wrestling. What was originally a Mixed Content single library called Wrestling I have reorganized into 3 separate libraries: Wrestling - Documentaries Wrestling - Shows Wrestling - Misc I would like these to appear in the main libraries list just as "Wrestling" with the sub-libraries then being listed when one enters the initial Wrestling library. Is this possible or am I nutty? Wrestling is an odd thing.
Looking at the studios view, i have movies that show up as "Columbia Pictures" and movies that show up as "Columbia Pictures Corporation" in their metadata. There does not seem to be any way to merge these two together any way to click on the studios to see which movies are listed under each and then change them to match obviously 1 would be better/faster.
