  1. Hi, I would like to see some additional functionality added, either directly to the server, or via plugin. I use Media Center Master for scraping and downloading tv torrents and nzb, and would really like to see this added, as MCM is becoming a pain to use, due to it's often slow response. i am currently looking into purchasing a Synology NAS, and when I finally do, I want to retire my sever altogether. Unfortunately though, I won't be able to, as I will still need it just to run MCM. Also, additional filename conventions need to be added to the server. Currently TV shows are using the following format: \\SERVER\TV\T, T (YEAR)\T, T (Y).VCO-ACO.VSO-QA.ext And Movies: \\SERVER\MOVIES\T, T (Y).VCO-ACO.VSO-QA\T, T (Y).VCO-ACO.VSO-QA.ext The Movie path is so long because MCM does not allow seperate naming for the directorty and filename, otherwise I would use \\SERVER\MOVIES\T, T (Y)\T, T (Y).VCO-ACO.VSO-QA.ext Unless there has been an update that I have missed, where the VSO (Video Source) and QA (Quality/Resolution) has been added, as I use MCM for the renaming for this reason, it would be good to have this added.
  2. I have MCM set up to phase in new movies after they are downloaded on to my server. This has been working correctly for a few months now but for some reason now when it phases in new movies all of the movies that were in my movies folder are gone. They are still on the drive on the server but Emby can't see them at all. I have tried syncing the folder but the files don't come back, the only way that i can get them to show is to remove the folder form the library and then relist it.
  3. MB-3.0.5434.27057 MCM-2.12 can media browser amend movie.xml files created by MCM generally? it seems that mb is unable to add TmdbCollectionName and TMDbCollectionId to movie.xml created originally by MCM steps to reproduce. 1. fetch movie with MCM (folder and files renamed to standard, movie.xml created) 2. copy movie into MB collection/rescan library. 3. MB is not aware that film is member of tmdb collection, no tmdb collection info in webclient or movie.xml alternatively a. delete xml from movie and rescan b. xml with tmdbcollectionid now present. anyone know of an alternative program that is good at identifying movie folder names/movie content, subtitles etc and renaming (whilst deleting non movie content and not creating a movie.xml that can trip up mb)?
  4. Hey all, Does anyone know if the Rotten Tomatoes plug-in will overwrite existing metadata? I typically use Media Center Master for all my metadata and image pulling needs but I'm noticing even though i have the RT plug-in installed I'm not getting any RT information or scores when i scroll through my library. any ideas?
  5. There seem to be a few people using MCM in conjunction with MB3 so I hope someone can help me here (the MCM forums are not easy to find answers in!). I would like to use MB3's metadata collection as I feel it's more robust but still need to use MCM to collect TV and films from a drop folder and create folders, move to series folders, rename, etc. Is there a way to get MCM to just perform the file move and renaming and then let MBS deal with the metadata? OR Is it possible to get MBS to override the metadata for the films\tv shows it finds during the normal media scans? Not sure the best way to split this task between the 2 apps.
