    Setting up MAME

I followed the instructions on cleaning up clrmamepro, but now I'm thinking I'm going at this wrong. I have setup Gamebrowser3 on my server, and I have setup a folder structure like: /Games/MAME/Roms /Games/MAME/Samples Inside the Roms folder, I had every rom .zip (sometimes more than one for a set) inside its own folder, so an example might be: /Games/MAME/Roms/Pac Man/PACMAN.ZIP When I ran clrmamepro on the ROMS folder, it added a whole bunch of other folders like: /Games/MAME/Roms/pacman /Games/MAME/Roms/pacmanf So, how should I setup Emby to point to which folder for my Arcade folder? Is it going to find all the ROMS correctly?

    Gamebrowser and sorting Roms

For those of you running Mame, how do you sort your roms? There are like 3k of them and I want maybe 50 games lol. Is there a quick and easy way to weed out all the ones I don't want?

Help with Mame GB setup please

I'm struggling to get mame setup in GameBrowser. It doesn't look right to me. I have Mame folder in my Games folder on the server, then I can see every folder under the sun that is in the Mame folder, and I'm pretty sure that it's just roms folder I need. Can anyone help me out please Thanks in advance Cheese

    GameBrowser III Arcade (MAME) Structure??

Maybe I've missed it but couldn't find it on this forum. How do I setup GameBrowser-Clasic to use MAME and what is the correct folder structure? Now I've a folder with all my Roms in zip format on one ROM folder. So it isn't possible to save metadata for it. I think I've to made a folder with Game name and a dummy file in it but how does GB III know witch rom it must use? Only found this is that the correct way? So please take me by the hand so I can go further
  5. I have Gamebrowser III (the latest release as of this post: 2.9.5184.24602). I have the Arcade directory setup in the Library as a Games folder to the UNC path where the ROMs are stored. I can access the UNC path without issue. The ROMs folder contains several zip files. I have the GameBrowser III plugin also setup pointing to the same Game Platform folder. When I go into 'Arcade' which is what the library is named in MB, there are no items. I have tried to rescan the libraries many times without any success. I even moved all of the zips out and back into the ROMs folder performing a re-scan operation each time. This configuration *was* working prior to me moving the share (and updating the library and plugin paths) to the new location. Since the move, I have deleted all of the meta data which was in that folder thinking that perhaps it was tripping this up. Help?
