Hi I just downloaded the new Roku beta and saw that Cinema Mode marked as Emby Premiere only in the settings . I know that local trailers in Cinema mode got moved behind the paywall but Custom intros has not. I enjoy the program and you have the right to move whatever you want behind the paywall but it would be nice if you announced those things in the Latest News. This way I will not spend a lot of time in settings trying to fix the fix the unfixable. Thank you for your time
shadetree posted a topic in PluginsI purchase all my movies on discs and save them and the included trailers locally, I only have available limited expensive satellite off peak internet. My family inadvertently stream trailers if it's not a local, and there is no where I can find to prevent this within the Trailers Plugin or Emby Server.
I have my own folder full of trailers (I use the MetaBrowser "Current Trailers" feature). I've added this as a media folder and it works really well with MBC as my "Trailers" collection just shows up on the EHS. I'm pretty sure that a while back when I added this folder to MBS I had the option of selecting "Trailers" as a media type - this caused the trailers to show up in the trailers section of the web UI (IRC). But, it appears something had changed - there's now no "Trailers" media type, the trailers section of MBS is empty and worst of all - all my trailers appear in the movies section as (really short) movies. Can we have a "Trailers" media type please?
I was a long time Metabrowser user and recently switched completely to MediaBrowser for metadata management, however since changing over I have had no local trailers download for new movies. I have the Trailers plugin with the option to download local trailers for movies set and MB2 and MB3 supporter keys entered in the MB Server. The log shows the plugin making a call to Movie-List and HD-Trailers, but nothing further and the movie folder contains no trailer. Removed the plugin, removed the supporter keys, re-entered support keys, reinstalled the plugin and no change. Any help or thoughts would be appreciated. Also noted that for "We're The Millers", the search included the ', which will returned no result - manually copied the search URL. When the ' was removed a result was found. Does the search need to strip this character when searching?
