    I have limited upload bandwidth and have a couple of users that stream content through the web interface. I notice that sometimes they are streaming at 2Mbps or higher and complain of stuttering. I walk them through lowering the video quality and they can then play without issue again. Is there a way to implement a max bandwidth per user so they can choose to lower the stream bandwidth but could not go over say a 1Mbps limit. Even if this was global so that nobody streaming through the web interface could go over a certain limit that would be good. This is only a problem when I have more than one person playing at a time but it would keep everybody happy for longer and allow me to do more with the little that I have.
