I recently switched my domain provider to Cloudflare and started proxying my DNS records for all traffic to my domain but it seems one user is experiencing issues connecting to the Emby server from the app. Switching my emby subdomain from proxied to DNS only seems to be the only thing that fixes the issue. The user that is having issues is using the emby app on a LG TV. I'm having no issues connecting to the Emby server on all of the other platforms I tested. This LG tv was also having issues connecting to the emby server back when I was using LetsEncrypt as a SSL certificate provider if that matters. I can provide whatever info that's needed. Just didn't know what that would be.

I'm ready to wipe this program and re-install, but really don't want to set everything up again. A month ago the only issues I had with this program were TV show episodes not going to the next one at random intervals. This problem has been systematically getting worse.and started with movies. Until Thursday or Friday, it wasn't affecting TV shows at all. Movies started pausing or skipping if the embedded subtitles were used. Often they would finally work with repeated tries. Now, unless subtitles are off or srt files are used, movies won't play. In general, I don't mind srt subtitles but they do not line up with the movie timing. Like I said, this was going on with movies but you could finish a movie and go to a TV show and the TV show would play fine. Now nothing plays right. I don't know if the Emby program settings are screwed up (a big possibility) or if part of the program has become corrupted. This is happening across several user profiles and is happening with both the LG TV and if trying to play directly in the web interface. Issues apply to DVD and Bluray. I would say 4k, but I don't know if those issues are 4k issues or these issues. But starting and stopping, especially with subtitles was first noticed on 4k movies. Oh, have seen the error "Playback Error: No compatible streams are currently available. Please try again later or contact your system administrator for details." a couple of times tonight. As soon as I "try again" the file plays. Any help whatsoever is greatly appreciated. embyserver.txt ffmpeg-transcode-6b942f4c-719a-4889-b071-cab3dd2f31da_1.txt ffmpeg-transcode-07467def-4b2e-4f35-8183-1b03a6a928a5_1.txt ffmpeg-transcode-b237b0f5-cd3e-426a-9a8b-25bb6b9a6c2b_1.txt

Hi, All the video freezes every 30-40 seconds for a couple of seconds and then continue. I got 50mbps connection. Tried even the lowest quality, also tried on both my LG Smart TV (65SM9010PLA) and my Laptop, all the same. Emby server is installed on a remote Ubuntu 18 server with 1 cpu and 2GB of ram. I checked the resource usage, it does not even pass 10%. Server is fast enough, download/upload up to 700mbps with no issue. My ping to the server: C:\Users\me>ping xxx.xxx.145.229 -t Pinging xxx.xxx.145.229 with 32 bytes of data: Reply from xxx.xxx.145.229: bytes=32 time=78ms TTL=49 Reply from xxx.xxx.145.229: bytes=32 time=76ms TTL=49 Reply from xxx.xxx.145.229: bytes=32 time=75ms TTL=49 Reply from xxx.xxx.145.229: bytes=32 time=75ms TTL=49 Reply from xxx.xxx.145.229: bytes=32 time=75ms TTL=49 Reply from xxx.xxx.145.229: bytes=32 time=75ms TTL=49 Reply from xxx.xxx.145.229: bytes=32 time=76ms TTL=49 Reply from xxx.xxx.145.229: bytes=32 time=75ms TTL=49 Reply from xxx.xxx.145.229: bytes=32 time=75ms TTL=49 Reply from xxx.xxx.145.229: bytes=32 time=76ms TTL=49 Reply from xxx.xxx.145.229: bytes=32 time=75ms TTL=49 Reply from xxx.xxx.145.229: bytes=32 time=75ms TTL=49 Reply from xxx.xxx.145.229: bytes=32 time=76ms TTL=49 Reply from xxx.xxx.145.229: bytes=32 time=77ms TTL=49 Ping statistics for xxx.xxx.145.229: Packets: Sent = 14, Received = 14, Lost = 0 (0% loss), Approximate round trip times in milli-seconds: Minimum = 75ms, Maximum = 78ms, Average = 75ms With transcoding enabled, I see "Media bitrate exceeds limit." error. Good afternoon, As the title says it's a pretty straightforward issue that as far as I can tell is just aesthetic and doesn't actually impact anything, I've just been trying to get rid of it myself for some time and thought I'd see if this is anything anyone else has run into in the past. Emby shows up twice on my LG TV as a DLNA source. Both work perfectly, not sure why there are two, but they are identical. If I had content, it shows up in both. I believe this happened when I updated Emby a couple of versions ago. My theory is that I did not shut down the server before updating, which may have left the old one somehow running the background? Is there a way to track down and eliminate the old one without causing issues with the up to date version, or is there something else that could be causing this. Let me know what logs I can provide to help identify the issue, I'm not really sure how to get them since I started hosting the server on my QNAP NAS instead of my Windows PC, but I'm sure I can figure it out. Thanks!
