    Can't access Premiere features

    I just purchased Premiere, but after saving my key, I still can't access Premiere features. Additionally, the "Get Emby Premiere" button is still visible in the top right corner. When saving my key, I get the following message: "Thank you. Your Emby Premiere key has been updated." This makes me thing it's not an issue with the key. Even so, I've checked several times to make sure I wasn't missing any characters or making some other silly mistake. I have access to internet, and can download metadata for my files without any issues. That being said, is there an easy way to see if Emby is having
  3. Im using Linux Ubuntu 16.04 64 bit and Asustor AS-604T ADM 3.2.1 This requires you do own a domain and have create a Lets Encrypt certificate!   4. What is the normal turn around time between becoming a paid supporter and getting a key? Even when I try the "Forgot key" button on the "Server:Support:Supporter Key" and enter the email address I used earlier in the day to pay, then click "Retrieve key" I get a "Supporter not found" message back. I would have thought it would have been automated - guess not.

    key entry problem

    I purchased premiere. I had to go to my other computer to get key from email. Other computer is windows 7 and this one is windows 10. Could not copy and paste due to different operating systems. Wrote key down by hand, but it would not enter into the system. Nothing would type in. What can I do??
  6. I've learned that TMDB now uses profile configuration to choose priority and fallback of metadata language being returned, when API is used. So, I'd like to ask you to, just like seen in FanArt, allow us to choose our own TMDB api key to be used... that would be a little more help to foreign users like me. Thanks

    Two Supporter Keys?

    I have the very first Key I purchased during the age of the dinosaurs (MB2?) and I have my MB3 Supporter Key. I have not been around for over a year now and wow has a lot changed, so please be gentle...lol The server (new install) has accepted my mb3 key but will not combine the old one or is this not necessary since it is probably useless at this point. So i guess my question is is it worth it to me become a supporter again? thanks for all your great work, Ice

  9. Installed MB Server and Classic on my brother's Cinema PC. Bought him supporter key as a gift. Received paypal confirmation, but not key. Re-entered address and got feedback within MB Server that email was sent, but no email. Help?
  10. Hello, I'd like to see a button in MBC to bring up the movie synopsis. Since the new screen overrides the old Media Centre overlay, maybe we could repurpose the "info" button?   12. Hi Everyone, First off, I've been rockin' MB since the early 2.x days, it's sweet. I re-installed MB3 Server overtop of an existing installation (long story, I was fighting Norton's Sonar Exclusions and stuff). Within my previous installation, I was a supporter, as I donated a couple of times, however the key that I previously used no longer worked. Not a big deal, I ponied up another donation about 30mins ago, however I have not seen any new emails with a new key (I checked all my accounts, junk/spam folders, etc.). Should it take a while for the donation to be processed?

    Becoming a Supporter

    I sent my donation several minutes ago. I'm still awaiting my key. I have even used the resend key function. I have checked spam folder and everything. Perhaps my donation glitched? Who should I email to rectify this problem?
