  1. I was wondering if there's a way to keep track of all ip addresses that connect to the emby server remotely or otherwise. Is there something I can use from the QNAP store or is there a plugin of sorts for emby? Ideally, I'd love to flag new IP addresses but that's not a must.
  2. I upgraded our router from a Google Onhub to a Orbi AC3000 (to help with connectivity on the other end of the house). After upgrading I did notice the connecting Host IP changed from 192.168.86.26 to 192.168.1.2. I tried updating the address and connecting to it on my Nvidia Shield and Android phone, but it didn't connect on either. However, when I type in the IP address with the 8096 Port on the Windows computer the server is housed on, I'm able to connect just fine. Just in case if it was useful, I did include the most recent server log. Any help is absolutely appreciated! Hoping to get this resolved before the wife comes home! Thank you! EDIT: I forgot to mention I did go into my Windows Firewall and did the following steps (to Port 8096): https://wiki.mcneel.com/zoo/window7firewall server.txt
  3. Hi. I recently changed my broadband from BT to Virgin and am now currently having problems accessing Synology. I believe I have correctly set my settings on quickconnect to use a static ip address and hence am not using a DHCP. Also I have set port forwarding on my virgin hub with the static ip address mentioned above with port number 8096. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
  4. Is there a bug in the dashboard? I have seen this before I think - Recent activity IP address is reported as ::1 in Edge and Chrome (on Windows 10 Pro x64) I am seeing this in the Android client on my phone also - 1 difference though it does show the correct IP for that Android client in recent activity 192.168.1.142 Screenshot attached Server log attached Thanks for reading and any help! server-63647596800.txt

Hi, Please can someone help me setup Emby, I have setup account and password but don’t know how to setup server address
  6. I'm interested in changing the Local Address used to access my Emby installation from the HTPC's IP address to "localhost" or the computer's name. I don't see anywhere in the Emby Server settings that I can do this. Am I missing it? If not can this be done via a registry edit or the modification of an .ini file, etc.? Current Local Address: http://192.168.1.115:8096 Proposed Local Address: http://localhost:8096 or http://htpc:8096 How do I do it? Thanks, MJ
