Hello I recently moved homes and when I tried to launch Emby in WMC after setting my comuter up in the new home, I received an Invalid Application error in WMC. I get it everytime I try to launch it. The one time it worked I had removed all library paths in the server then it loaded. My computer is fine otherwise, it wasn't damaged in the move. Server version: Version 3.0.5972.0 Emby for WMC version: 3.0.302.0 This is the Windows Error at the exact time of the error. Exception System.NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object. at MediaBrowser.Application.ScreenSaverTimer_Tick(Object sender, EventArgs e) at Microsoft.MediaCenter.UI.DispatcherTimer.CallTickHandlers(TimerCallback callback) at Microsoft.MediaCenter.Queues.Dispatcher.MainLoop(Queue queue) at Microsoft.MediaCenter.UI.UIDispatcher.MainLoop(Queue queue, LoopCondition condition) at MediaCenter.Extensibility.Host.Main(String[] args) I looked at some other threads and tried removing the chocolate theme from C:\ProgramData\MediaBrowser-Classic\Plugins. This did not resolve the issue. Any help would be appreciate. Thanks

Hi Just recently I have been having trouble launching MB3 classic from within WMC. I have Server Version 3.0.5518.7 and MB3 Classic 3.0.2430. I run windows 7 as the client and Windows 8 as the server. These are connected over a GBit wired network. The only changes i have been doing is trying to configure VioxCommando but not sure how this would affect this particular issue. I use the Chocolate theme but not EHS. I can eventually get it to work after 4 or 5 attempts. I have enabled logging and the error in the log causing the issue is "2015-03-08 17:16:36.6943,Error,,Error getting response from http://192.168.1.70:8096/mediabrowser/Images/MediaInfo?format=Json ( Exception. Type=System.Net.WebException Msg=The operation has timed out Src=System Method=GetResponse Line=0 Col=0 [n] StackTrace= [n] at System.Net.HttpWebRequest.GetResponse() [n] at MediaBrowser.ApiInteraction.MbHttpClient.Get(String url) ),1,Application" Any ideas? I have attached the full log file. Thanks in advance. PS. One more thing... I am running Server as a service but i have done for months without any issues prior to this. Great to see Playlist now on MBC but getting 'Invalid Application' and MBC Crashes. All ok on the server. In MBT I can play each song individually but not the Playlist itself. MBC is the one I am most wanting to work. And a question: Is there a way to load already created playlists? Log attached: MBC.txt

MediaBrowser Classic has just decided to stop working. However, it still works on my 360. I think it might have something to do with the registry cleaner that I used recently, though I don't know exactly when it stopped working as I have been using MBT on my computer most recently. Can anyone help me fix this? The MediaBrowser startup screen displays, but then I get an "Invalid Application" after that.

I fired up MB3 Classic this morning and it ask to update my Plugins. I only have ROC installed so I click yes. It installed, then when I restarted MB3 Classic in gave me a Invalid Application Error. I shut down WMC then tried to restart MB3 Classic with the same error. I completely shut down the computer and tried again with the same error. I check off disable the application and now I have can't fire MB3 Classic. MB3 Server is running and the web client accesses the database. How can I get MB3 Classic back? Then how do I install the previous version of ROC? Johnny M
