Hello! I am running a paid Emby server on my PC. It worked once after a lot of tries, and I took a break for 1-2 weeks. I have both the antivirus and firewall deactivated on my PC. My ports are forwarded in my router (http - 7920, https - 7921). I've changed them because I thought it's a port blacklist problem, that's why they are not default. I have Dynamic DNS activated from my provider (vanilla-wow.go.ro). ISP Router: Huawei HG8147X6 I can run the server just fine in my LAN, but not remotely. I will attach you the logs, maybe it's something there that I can't see. I am running for years my security camera from the same network on the same DDNS, on a different port without any issues. I don't know what to do, please help. At the moment I'm paying for a service I can't use, and I really like Emby. embyserver.txt embyserver-63860659487.txt hardware_detection-63860659509.txt

Hi My son moved out today and tried to access my Emby server from his new address over the internet. He cannot get access. He can see the server (NAS) with the external IP address (WAN IP) but cannot connect. I tried getting him to look at his Emby account but that has nothing about an Emby Connect account. So I created a new Emby Connect account for him and put it in the "Emby Connect e-mail address" field, he received an email and confirmed the address, signed in to emby.media using that email address and still cannot connect. I think I have followed the KB articles for connecting with Emby Connect but it doesn't work. I tried using my forum email account to connect on my account using a browser to <WAN IP>:8096 but it just says " Hmmm… can't reach this page <WAN IP> refused to connect." (8096 is the current port for HTTP)

Hello, within the home network all works perfect for Emby on Mac M1 Mini. i have turned on port forwarding as shown on this shot. Using the IP address shown on the dashboard, along with the suggested canyouseeme.org service, the checker fails on 8096 and 8920. I have turned off the firewall and the VPN. On Windows 10 external access worked fine with the shown port forwarding settings. ATT is my service provider, here are the residential gateway details: Both the router and the desktop have been re-booted during testing. Suggestions are very welcome. Patrick \
