I have noticed that image extraction is not working properly with the new version (18.104.22.168), chapters show up (with no images). ffmpeg has just been updated and path is correct. All extraction options are correct under the respective folders. I.e. 'Enable chapter image extraction' If I revert to Emby v3.0.8500.0 then image extraction works correctly. Is this a known issue or am I the only one having this problem? Using Qmono 22.214.171.124 Qnap firmware 4.2.5
Opera_of_Death posted a topic in SynologyHi! As the title says I'm missing some chapter images after I have extracted them with the option in server settings. I don't know if it's file specific but some files have all images showing and some have only a few. The strange thing is that none of the movies as what I have seen have zero images. There are always at least one image extracted. So it seams that the extraction is working as it should but for some reason not all of the images are showing. I attached an image so you can see what I mean. I'm new to Emby so I don't know all the tricks yet but find it strange. But maybe there is a way that I can't find to just re-scan the images for the movies that are missing images or maybe for each chapter that are missing images? I'm using Emby Server 126.96.36.199 on two Synology DS412+ that have the server on one and can read files from both with shared folders. So you know what I'm using. I have searched the forum and on google to find an answer before posting but can't find what I'm looking for. I hope you can help me fix this problem. Thanks in advance!
Hi Team, I recently converted to the Server platform. When Chapter Image Extraction is run and gets stopped before completion, the database gets erased. At 50% completion, the MediaBrowser folder is roughly 1.5G in size; after a Server restart the size is 320 MB. Also - movies that had chapter images... no longer have them. My Configuration is: Media Library points to local folders on server (using path substitutions). I'm using custom paths: D:\MediaBrowser\cache D:\MediaBrowser\ImagesByName D:\MediaBrowser\Metadata Any ideas about what the issue is? Thank you, Blair
