Support for Ceton InfiniTV 4 PCIe?

Greetings, I have been using your plugin for Windows Media Center for years and really like it. I'd like to move off MCE altogether and upgrade the computer I am using for this to Windows 10. I have a Ceton InfiniTV 4 PCIe card and I'm pretty sure I can get drivers installed and working. My question is, will Emby Premiere work with my tuner card so I can continue to view TV (with guide) and a ripped DVD collection. Thanks, Bear
  2. I have been a Windows Media Center user for years but want to change over to a better platform and was considering Emby. I wanted to know if it was capable of doing what I want prior to joining. I currently run Windows 8 and have a Ceton InfiniTV 4-tuner card and record Spectrum cable using my PC as my DVR. My questions are: ---Can the recordings that I currently have from my DVR be integrated to view from Emby? To follow up, can I still record TV in the same manner and watch the recordings from Emby? ---Also, I have three hard drives of my movie collection and wanted to be able to play that back from Emby. Most recordings are .mkv files. Thanks for any advice.
  3. I have had a Ceton tuner for some while now, but recently my server started acting up. I did a complete fresh install of windows and installed all drivers. But after every time I install the ceton the server stops functioning. I can restart the server but i cannot access even when I right click and go to "configure media browser". The ceton install also prevents me from opening the classic configurator as well. Here are log files from before and after a ceton install, I'm kinda stuck with what trouble shooting to perform next so any help is grateful. server-63544588642.txt server-63544589809.txt

    Transcoding for the Ceton Echo

Hi Everyone, So I'm looking into getting a Ceton Echo as a little unit to replace a 360, but from what I've read it's picky about codec support (not surprisingly given the lack of power in the unit). According to the specs (http://cetoncorp.com/products/echo/) it only supports H.264, whereas my media is a mix of everything, and until now I've been using Shark007 codec to handle non WMC native formats (i.e. MKVs). Since a lot of my media is local and not just live/recorded TV, does anyone know if MediaBrowser can transcode everything to H.264 on the fly for my so I can play it all on the Echo? Or even better, is anyone using an Echo with MB3 and different formats? Cheers, Walshy
