  1. I have mkv files and external idx/sub subtitle files. They work in the web player but not in Apple TV and iOS apps. Srt subs and subs embedded in mkv files seem to work normally, so looks like it's just idx/sub and just ATV/iOS. Latest versions for all of them, Emby Server is running on a Mac. The apps show that there is a subtitle available, but turning it off and on doesn't do anything. This stopped working some time ago, maybe 2-3 months ago so possibly coinciding with the 2.2.16 or 2.2.17 app releases.

ATV4k 2022 and HEVC or 4k in HEVC

Hi, if I play my vidz in native mode (in need the refresh rate) 80% of the H264 works but only maybe 10% of HEVC works. 4k don't work at all. If I try to play a HEVC or 4kHEVC I got first the black screen (which indicates the switch to the refresh rate or/and HDR) and then comes the normal movie display where I can start the movie again but all things that I do from now on (go back to movie selection or other things in the app) stutters and the movie doesn't start at all. I have to close emby app completely and that changes the refresh rate back to settings I have in ATV4k. Is this a known bug in emby app for TVos?!
  3. Using Emby Windows Server 4.3.1.0, connecting to a Google Team (Shared) Drive, using RaiDrive (also tried NetDrive). Everything works pretty good except when trying to resume play (like at minute 20 or something like that) from iOS or tvOS (latest stable versions), it take like 4 sec to resume from android/fire tv, but it takes like 25secs from iOS or tvOS. Starting a show from the beginning takes 2-4secs. Not sure what could be causing this. I attached logs maybe they provide more details. In the logs I played the same media in iOS (taking a very long time to start) and then fire tv taking 4secs. emby.log
  4. Android Fire TV (Not stick) ATV version: 1.3.28a Registered (Both Beta and release versions do this) Server version: 3.2.7.0 on Windows Server 2012 R2 I'm not sure if its the format of my Videos all of which are the same type, MP4, aac. I can provide more of the encoding specs if required. However if I select the Tools icon while during playback and select Playback correction it switches to Direct/I and plays perfectly. This is true of EVERY video in my collection. Is there a way to change the default to Direct/I instead of V? What is the difference between the two modes? Can it be made to autodetect the correct playback mode? Let me know what additional information or logs needed. One of the previous beta versions did not have this issue. My wife has given up on using this. I can't continue to support if she isn't happy.
