    Windows Store app changelog?

    Is there a changelog for the Windows Store Emby Theater app? I know this link is for the Server Release: https://github.com/MediaBrowser/Emby/releases and Desktop version : https://github.com/MediaBrowser/emby-theater-windows/releases But i am not sure where to look for Emby Theater Win Store. The Win Store app recently updated, but I don't see anything in its description that is what has changed/updated in it.
  2. Team, Am I missing something? In the Windows 10 Store version of Emby Theater there is a green highlight box that frames and helps navigate from section to section and Movie to Movie. I cant use the Windows Store version because it does not have the External Player option for ISO playback. (am I wrong on that ?) Is that feature available now in the desktop version of Emby Theater 3.0.10? Is there a setting? Thanks
  3. The Emby Theater app from the Windows Store has the overlay come up when you use the media keys, which is supposed to show the name of the song and then the album artist. The theater app is making it show the artist(s), and then the album artist. This happens with all of my songs, all of which have proper names/titles. I do notice that the windows store app is quite a bit slower at starting songs, compared to the web UI or Emby Theater from the website. It's particularly slow when starting a song after playing nothing, such as first starting the app or after clicking the stop button on previous media.. If you shuffle your library, an artist, or an album, it usually starts way faster and will skip songs much quicker. Hope this is in the right section. If not, please move it for me. Thanks!

    Xbox One Creators Update issues?

    ​The Creators Update went out to consoles today, as well as an update to the Emby Theater app on Xbox One and Emby Server 3.9.2 beta, and ever since I can't sustain playback within the app on the Xbox. Browsing works normally, and playback starts as expected, but will only last appx. 1 minute. No one attempted playback on the console (I believe) from when I updated Emby Server around 9:30 am until 1:56 pm (after both the console and Xbox app were updated), so I can't be sure that it's not a server issue (though I sincerely doubt it, since other clients - including Emby Theater UWP on a Windows PC - have been connecting/streaming all day without issue). The first title required transcoding, and when it failed I thought it might be a transcoding issue (log attached). The second title was direct play ready, and suffered the same playback failure.   7. Hey all, I have what I believe to be a unique problem that hopefully reaching out to the community here can help me. So the emby app in the win10 store has never worked for me. After install it did not show up in in my start menu so I just left it for quite awhile. Now it says there is an update for it but as it is acquiring license it gives me the error 0x803F8001. If found app data here: C:\Users\****\AppData\Local\Packages\436337Illusions.com.MediaBrowser_77hd5e1v1hqs4 So it's on my system and the Windows 10 store is flawless with every other app. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
  8. I am running the latest version of Emby Server on a Windows 10 Pro 64-bit machine. It works fine, both on my LAN and from remote locations. I recently took an Asus Transformer T100TA tablet on vacation and used it to connect to the Emby Server by logging in and connecting remotely. The T100TA is running Windows 10 Home and it works fine when used in this way. I noticed an Emby App on the Windows store that is described as an Emby Browser App (by 7illusions.) I paid the $4.99 and attempted to download/install the App on the Asus computer. The Emby logo flashes briefly when the download starts, and then I receive the following error message while still connected to the Windows Store: "Try that again. Something went wrong. The error code is 0x803F8003, in case you need it." Although the Emby App appears on the Start screen, it doesn't launch when I click it. I can view my media remotely on this computer through the browser, but thought the App might offer additional features. (In other words, the Windows App is something i really don't need.) Any ideas why it won't install? I did notice that my tablet is identified as a device by the Emby Server and it is described (incorrectly) as a Windows RT device. This is not the case. It is a full-featured Windows 10 Home OS.
