Good morning I am having an issue with the usb installation. I insert the usb into the TV, but it doesn't automatically install the software. I have followed all the instrutions: - put the userwidget folder in the root of the usb - format the usb 2.0 to fat16 My TV is Samsung UE50RU7105 Any advice? (I can also post in Spanish)

Boa noite pessoal, alguém sabe se é possível utilizar o Emby para organizar músicas e vídeos armazenados em um HD na própria TV ou tenho que criar um servidor, se alguém souber algum programa que me ajude com isso ficarei muito agradecido. Obs, utilizo o sistema WebOs.

APP EMBY on Amazon Fire TV Stick - Basic -->No Trailer????

Hello, I bought the Amazon USB / HDMI dongle, the Amazon Fire Stick - Basic. (Https://www.amazon.com/Fire-Stick-Basic-International-Version/dp/B01ETRGE7M/ref=sr_1_11?ie=UTF8&qid=1534066629&sr=8-11&keywords=fire+stick) It is an excellent product and I highly recommend it to everyone. I then downloaded the "Emby for Fire TV" app and PAY IT for to use it and to give you support. It works very well, however I would like to ask you if it is possible to insert the possibility to see the trailers (because I have not been able to use them) as you can do with the pc browser version of your program / server. I remain available for information about it and thank you for any reports / suggestions. -
Recently moved (from Windows 7 server) to a shield pro platform with 2 external usb3 drives on one usb port. Finding Plex works well there but Emby has been particularly frustrating. Periodically the 2 usb drives spontaneously (perhaps upon load when moving files to it) dismount and are un-available. Powering off and back on the external drives (drives only not the shield) remounts the drives and re-instates the shares to the network. After the power back on... plex sees the drives and media folders and works normally but Emby server (4.30.14) can't see the media folders and associated artwork. All artwork files etc are fine on the external drives... Emby just doesn't see them. Is there a fix without rebooting the shield or Emby Server process? Seems like a bug to me. Any help is appreciated...

Hi. I have an HDD (1Tb USB powered) attached to my WiFi Media Server (Archer_C3200) via a USB 3 port. I also have a Telstra TV with Roku Media Player. The Roku, using the "All" option, finds the Wifi Media Server. It further allows me to Browse Folders. However, at the top level, Roku only shows 1 folder. By selecting the one found folder, it shows the next level of sub-directories, but still only 1 folder. This is the pattern for every level. There are definitely playable files in most, if not all folders. My laptop, accessing the same HDD through the same wifi, shows all folders at all levels. Roku also finds and shows all folders at all levels when the same HDD is plugged via USB directly into the Telstra TV. I tried * as per another topic here, but did not help. Could someone please expose my folly and guide me into all my paths of remoteness? Thank you.

Hello, I installed Emby server on my Raspberry PI 3 recently (Docker official method). It was a little difficult (linux noob inside ) but now all seems to be OK. But, i'm now trying to add a library, but there's a problem as i can't find any folder or share hosted / mounted on the RPi : (as you can see there's nothing but default paths) (network choice empty too) : How Emby detects disks and network shares ? Here is what i have and would want to choose : 1 usb hdd (ext4) + 1 network share (cifs) : If it must be set in Docker, how can i do it (and would it be kept if Emby image is updated ?) Hello, I've tried this on two different portable hard drives, but I cannot get the sync plug-in to choose a folder other than the root folder on each drive. Has anyone else experienced this? Reboot did not help. This is on sync 3.0.5582.40801 and server 3.0.5675.1 I can't see anything obvious in the server log, but here it is anyway. server-63573638400.zip
