  1. It would be helpful if Media Stubs that have online metadata would automatically download (or there be an option to make set it as automatic) additional metadata that normally would be derived from the video file, particularly Duration / Length / Runtime of the video (and then of course actually display that metadata in Emby Theater). I realize that the online metadata may not always exactly match the true duration (eg, a special edition DVD with extra scenes not in the official theatrical length), but anything would be more useful than nothing here. If I'm trying to decide on something to watch it is unfortunate to have to go dig up the physical DVD/Blu-ray (or switch to the online service provider, if is something I have on Vudu, iTunes, etc.) in order to find out how long it is (particularly since movies can vary in length from ~1.5 hours to 2.5+ hours). Thanks!
  2. Somewhat related to this prior request ( https://emby.media/community/index.php?/topic/44010-emby-theater-external-player-custom-messages-particularly-for-media-stubs-and-tags/ ) it would be nifty and useful to add support for the Kodi Media Stub embedded data, which would then be displayed when a user tries to Play a Media Stub item. From http://kodi.wiki/view/media_stubs <discstub> <title>Alternative Title</title> <message>Message to be displayed</message> </discstub> Thanks! Media Stub Box Sets?

This was not covered in the media stub wiki. does the media stub feature only feature "one movie per folder"? I'm trying to add my Lord Of The Rings Collection blu-rays like this /movies/Lord of the Rings/ /movies/Lord of the Rings/The Lord of the Rings The Fellowship of the Ring (2001).bluray.disc /movies/Lord of the Rings/The Lord of the Rings The Two Towers (2002).bluray.disc /movies/Lord of the Rings/The Lord of the Rings The Return of the King (2003).bluray.disc But Emby is displaying Fellowship of the Ring three times in my collection (even though the paths are unique and correct). Do I need to create separate folders for each movie even though they are just stubs?
  4. Back around April 1st Media Stubs (eg, "Name.disc") placed in a Movie's Extras folder were being displayed in Emby Theater, but now are no longer showing. If this is an accident then I'd welcome having this functionality restored. Or, if it is by design I'm curious as to why it was removed (eg, was it causing problems with something)? Thanks!
  5. Now that we have filters in Emby Theater (yay!!), it would be nice if there were two more additional filters under Video Type: Video File(s) Present Media Stub I have much of my videos in Emby as Media Stubs currently. Sometimes I just want to see what videos I can play right now (without having to dig out a disc). So being able to turn on a filter to only show me items with video files would be very useful. Additionally, as I've mentioned in various other threads, I also use Media Stubs for entering my online-only movies (eg, movies in services like Movies Anywhere, Vudu, iTunes, etc.) into Emby. So being able to turn on a filter to only show me items that are Media Stubs would be useful when I'm wanting to view my list of items that are either disc-based (but not yet digitized) or online-only. And once I've digitized all of my disc-based content, my Media Stub content will then just be online-only items. Thanks! 6. In Emby Theater if you have a DVD folder rip, Emby Theater displays the label "DVD". Presumably it does similar things for Blu-ray, HDDVD, etc. Since Media Stubs support "source flags," it would be useful/helpful if Emby Theater would display the corresponding label (eg, DVD, Blu-ray, HDDVD, etc.) derived from the source flag (otherwise, what's the point of the source flags?). This both informs the user of what type of disc they're looking for (in the event that one organizes their discs by format), as well as giving some indication of the resolution of the disc (inferred simply by format), which is pertinent for instances where a user also has a given movie available via services like Vudu, perhaps in a higher resolution. Thanks!
