Hi, MBIntros seem to have stopped working. I tried with both MBT (latest version 3.0.5078) and MBC (also latest version (3.0.96) Does the plugin need updating? I originally posted this in the MBT section, but I guess it is more general then that.

Hi I have got some intros which I want to play before each movie however some of the intros are Disney some are paramount, new line cinema etc What I want to know is how to set it up so that all my Disney movies play the Disney intro and Pixar movies play Pixar intro etc. The tag option says it can do this possibly? However unsure as how to set it up the instructions on the client are not very clear to me Please can someone help? Thanks

This guide was first published here by @@mboehler. 1. Store your Tagged Intros in a folder. Mine, for example, are in \\diskstation\Media\Intros\Tagged. For each Tagged Intro you want to use, you will need an intro video. I suggest naming them Disney.mp4, Pixar.mp4, etc. 2. Tag your movies. 2a. Open the web client, select a movie, and click Edit. 2b. Scroll down and click the + next to Tags. Enter the tag for the intro you want to play. It must be in the format of custom-intro-Disney.mp4, custom-intro-Pixar.mp4, etc. In this case I'm using custom-intro-Disney.mp4. Click +Add 2c. You must do this for each movie that you'd like to play a Tagged Intro. Repeat step 2 as many times as necessary. 3. Set up MB Intros. 3a. In the dashboard, click Plugins, and then click MB Intros. 3b. Select the appropriate Profile (you may or may not have more than one profile). 3c. Click the + next to Add Intro, then click Tag Intro. For specific instructions, you can click the "i". 3d. Select the folder you stored your tagged intros in, then click OK. 3e. You should now see an entry in the list of Intros like this: 4. Use the buttons to place your Intros in the desired order.

Something I've noticed just now with MBT, which didn't seem to happen with MBC is that when watching a television show, my MBIntros are playing before each episode. This may be fine for some users, if that's their intended purpose, but with MBC I only had intros playing before movies, and with television I could jump right into the episode without waiting for an intro to play before each one. Just a small inconvenience, which I'm sure will get sorted out with future releases. Another small issue I've noticed is that after the intro has finished playing, and the main title has started, the on-screen display still shows the title of the intro at the top, instead of the title of the movie/tv episode/etc. The proper clear logo is displayed in the corner, but the "Now Playing" text shows the title of the intro, instead of the feature title. I figured I'd post this in the MBT forum, instead of the MBIntro's area, since it seems to work fine everywhere but in MBT Thanks, Patrick

Now that MBIntros may soon be entering the Beta stage, would love if Roku could work with it.
