  1. I am trying to use Emby through roku, which I haven't done in a few months, and it is telling me that I have to update it. I am notified of an update on the dashboard and I tried both restarts and shutdowns but it still doesn't update and I still can't get into the server on the roku app. I tried disabling automatic updates and I still can't login. I tired a download but it is wanting to set up a new instance and not update the current one. How do I update emby or bypass the update? I have version 4.4.3.0 installed on Windows.
  2. So I realised today that Emby on my Synology DS218+ was 'stuck' on 4.4.3.0-1 while there were newer versions out. Figured it was best to keep it up to date so I installed 4.6.6.0 over the top of it.... Then the problems began. Mainly the issue is with RTM not working, which after researching all day, I've now seen a lot of people reporting. I never had a single issue with that back in version 4.4.3.0-1, so I'd like to go back to that again, but I can't see where to find older packages? Currently none of my libraries are updating via RTM, I either have to manually trigger it or do it on a schedule. Things I've tried to do to fix it: - Increasing the inotify watches number based on this: - Uninstalling completely, then re-storing from a backup (from the server config plugin) - Making a new library with a new path with RTM enabled, adding a file to it to see if RTM works there... nope. - Giving the 'emby' user full read/write access to the library folders. None of these things worked, so I figured it's best to just try and drop back to 4.4.3.0-1 and see if that fixes it as it seems that everyone with this error happened to get it after upgrading to 4.5 & beyond.
  3. Hello, I've just tagged an album which has two different units with similar names. One being ACE and the other ACE+. They are however listed as both ACE+ on Emby. Both of them have a separate musicbrainz ID. (ACE: 16563fb9-c2b5-4ab7-b5b1-7b6592f862a1) (ACE+: ef759905-c2d3-4c96-afb5-50b1f60812f7)
  4. I'm hosting version 4.4.3.0 of Emby on Ubuntu 20.04.1. I have a multi-episode file that includes the final episode of season 3 and the first episode of season 4, but Emby marks S04E01 of the show as missing. I have tried the naming format included in the screen shot and an officially supported convention ('Star Trek The Next Generation S03x26.S04x01.mp4') listed in the TV Naming guide, but Emby still marks the episode as missing. Does this (or any) version of Emby support multi-episode files that are split between two seasons? If not, is there a way I can manually mark it as present and point it to that file? If not I'll likely just add a symlink to the file and name it as S04E01 so Emby will recognize it as present.
