  1. Ok. I've been getting weird results. at one point emby did auto-organize as advertised and even removed the empty directories. Lately I have been getting (snippet of log file...) So I do have directories (Madam Secretary, etc...with Season 01,0x below that). (image 1) and when auto-organize fails, I open the next window, but get a blank line and no ability to select the series root folder (see pic...) where the series root does not let me enter anything... and I am connected to the internet when this happens.. ideas? troubleshooting advice? thanks in advance markb
  2. I have a few episodes of a tv show that are considered "Specials" during the TV Series Season. Since these episodes don't have an episode number in TheTvDb they do not Auto Organize. Is there a way to get these episodes detected since they do not have an episode number? Maybe on the Episode name? If none of that is possible what is the best way to organize these episodes in the Season to display correctly in the emby clients?
  3. Could we please see an option to auto-organize television based on cross-referencing the episode's title if present in the filename instead of relying solely on the season/episode number? I can't tell you how many times I some of my toddler's television shows get mixed up in the season/episode information. Right now, I'm handling those manually, sorting them through a folder that's not being watched by Emby's auto-organize feature. I've seen another feature request for the option to add multiple watch folders to the auto-organize tool... this would be a perfect merger with that feature. A secondary watch folder could be designated as the "watch by episode title" folder instead of season/episode. If not functioning that way, a check box to enable/disable the capability would let Emby organize based on episode title if present. If filename does not have title present, then season/episode # information will be the fall back for organization.
  4. Version 3.0.5518.0 Latest beta seems to have a glitch with trying to manually organize files. It no longer shows TV shows but rather media library top level folders.
  5. Are the following two (2) requests possible for future enhancements to Auto Organize? 1. MULTIPLE WATCH FOLDERS. I would like to see an option to have multiple Watch folders set up. Would reduce the effort of moving files around to one drive and watch folder, especially larger DVR files. 2. INCLUDE / EXCLUDE FOLDERS. I would like to see an option to either designate the folders to be included for scanning and additions, or the ones you would like excluded. I have duplicate folders for some TV series. (One for HQ DVR recordings and One for processed MKV or MP4 copies.) It would be nice to designate by either collections set up (I have a TV Series Collection and a DVR Collection in library), or at the share folder level on what you want to make available as a valid directory for moving files once they are placed in the watched folder.
  6. Hi, I've discovered MediaBrowser3 recently, i love it, especially the Auto organize functionality But I want to know if this functionality can work with Anime. I explain when I download an episode of an anime it is named in the following manner: [Team] Name The Serie - Episode Number (Quality) .extension But the number of the episode follows the numbering of AniDB (in whom there is no season) and not theTVDB For example: Naruto Shippuden S01E01 on theTVDB will be Naruto Shippuden 001 on AniDB Naruto Shippuden S16E30 on theTVDB will be Naruto Shippuden 378 on AniDB Auto Organize function fails to recognize the episode in order to move and rename it correctly I want to know if it's possible to configure the Auto Organize function to search on AniDB when it does not find a match with theTVDB? Thank you.
  7. Hey, I use qBittorrent to download content, and recentely had a problem with the auto-organizer. I had a full-season torrent paused for a while, and upon resuming I noticed that the auto-organizer had already moved a few episodes (unfinished). Is this an is an issue with qBittorrent not locking paused files, or with the auto-organizer logic? If needed can anybody recommend alternative appilcations?

Hey guys! Long time no see Yes yes i know i been busy in real life and have had much time around here. But any how... I love the Auto Organize function in MB3. But i have found a small problem, i dont know if its been address before. But when you have a show like CSI: Crime Scene Investigation when the : is a no no in windows i name is CSI, Crime Scene investigation to sort it from Miami and New York. The problem first its not recognized but auto organize like all the shows with miss typed show name not matching the DB. I point the file to the right show and so far so good, it moves/copies the file to the right folder. But the auto rename is messing things up big time for me. CSI is renamed to CSI Crime Scene Investigation with 2 spaces between CSI and Crime. Is there anywhy to work this out? Its a freaking mess lol I know other software like MCM doesnt have a problem with that. And another small thing, any chance we could get a auto rename for movies? Saves alot of time and wouldnt be to hard to add , i think

    Auto organize issue

Hi, I have tried using auto organize on my download location and now i'm stuck. There was a special for game of thrones in my download folder which i hoped would be moved to the right folder in my media library, unfortunately i didn't. After trying this, I encountered the following problem: 1. when i click auto organize to see whether there is a mistake in the configuration, I am presented with the message "error loading page". 2. Strangely enough, i now get theis same message when i try to open game of thrones in the tv section (shows) in the web browser. I guess I broke something, but can't find the culprit. Any idea's?
