I would occasionally (perhaps ever few months?) like to bump some of my feature request threads so that more people will see them (since not everyone uses the Search function, and since users voting/liking feature requests increases the possibility of them being implemented eventually). But I don't wish to be obnoxious. Do any of you who have been on this forum for a while (eg, a year or more) have opinions you could share regarding this (eg, is bumping frowned up in this forum, or if not, what's a general frequency that seems acceptable here)? Thanks!

question Whats the best Android Device to run Emby on.
FingerlessGlovs posted a topic in Android TV / Fire TV
Hi Guys, I recently picked up a Amazon FireTV Stick, which is great but wish I had something better. Its wifi only, I got it connect to my Asus RT-n66u router (Full Signal) and I have issues with playback sometimes stops and I have to start it again does it alot more on youtube app then emby app though. I have most of the time watch emby with no pausing and but youtube it does it atleast once, Its done it 5 seconds on to youtube. I've tried 2.4Ghz and 5Ghz. The interface isn't the fastest either, quite sluggish even if you just using it for Prime TV. I wondering what Android TV box is best. I have seen the cheap quad core things but they never as good as you think, poor android builds(not optimized). The Nvidia Shield quite nice but expensive as you have to buy a controller as well as the unit. What do you guys recommend? -
I can't get the Netflix plugin to work in MBT. I am getting an error that reads "Could not find Windows runtime type Windows.Management.Deployment.PackageManager. Any ideas?

Forgive me if this has been covered already. I know nothing at all about the Roku. I've always used a PC for our media. I am considering purchasing a Roku though, after reading all the praise here about the beta app, to make it easier for my wife and kids. The question I have is; will it play all of my video formats? I have almost everything. MKV's, mp4's avi's and primarily, Video_TS folder as well as straight folder rips of Blurays. I don't want to invest the money just to find out that half of my movies won't work! Also, do you guys find it easier to operate than a PC? thanks!

I would like to create a folder in my primary movie folder for my comic book adaptation movies. For example, \Movies\Marvel\The X-Men Collection [boxSet]. I didn't really want to set it up as a genre and I want to maintain the boxset integrity of the movies in the folder. Is this possible? I have similar folders already (like for my Jack Ryan movies), but they don't have any boxset's in them. They are set up as boxsets. thanks!
