We are very excited to announce our brand new, fully searchable and organized, Knowledge Base! It is available now at https://support.emby.media

Just start typing what you are looking for in the search box and related articles will be suggested immediately. Or just navigate the sections to find what you are looking for.

We really think this will be a major improvement to helping you find answers to your questions and issues. If you find problems, incorrect information or any other issues with the new KB, please create a post on the support forums and we'll get it addressed.

I think that's a great idea, as long as you take the time to update it as new questions occur in the forums, when details are left out of the knowledge base. By continuous improvement, will be a great resource.

Where is the language selection on that page ?

@ebr Can the support link on the main nav of the emby.media site get updated to point at the new database? Currently it's pointing at the old landing page.

Is there a certain section of the forum you want updates posted?  For instance ATV exoplayer does not direct play wma.  Going through the process of changing my library right now because transcodes at 128K sound really bad.
