Embury5000 2
I have been downloading movies for my father-in-law to his iPad, and many of the files I have attempted to download for him show a "Failed" status. I have tried looking at the logs, but have to admit that I don't really understand what it is reporting. For reference, I have tried loading The Hunger Games: Mockingjay - Part 1 onto his ipad, and it has failed. I have included the log file for that transcode. ffmpeg-transcode-80fcfd78-4f2f-4158-8a50-8c1c8207f8ac_1.txt
Luke 37046
Hi, this particular error is resolved for the next release. Thanks.
Embury5000 2
Awesome. Not to be pushy, but I was wondering do you have an ETA for the next release, and a possible solution in the interim for people that are trying to use this feature? Luke 37046
Under server transcoding settings, if you set the audio downmix option to 1, I believe that might resolve it as a workaround. Please note the side effect of doing this will be that when you play media that is being transcoded on the fly from the server, in some cases it may seem like the volume is low.
