Roku display issue with last row.

On both my Roku TV and Roku stick, the lower row on my display does not show the last bit of the artwork nor text below. Once I scroll down I can see all of it but then the next lower row has the same behaviour. This seems to be present in all categories so far. I'm not sure if this is by design in the new release or not.

I love the new layout grid size and increased sizing for icons. Thank you!

Can you show a picture of the screen where it is cut off? I think I know what you mean. On the poster grid it is cut off. But seeing exactly how it presents itself for you will show us exactly what you mean. Thanks.

Hi.  This isn't really a problem.  In fact, it is a design principle we should be following in most places.

The fact that you cannot see the entire item is a clue that you can scroll down further.

In these grid type displays with unknown images of unknown sizes/shapes, we cannot always guarantee exactly how the display will come out though.

Thanks.

The TV is a 4k model, the other one is just the streaming stick so it is not 4k.

Do both your 4k model and the streaming stick show the cut off point in exactly the same place?

Curious because the 4K model will be using a 1080P UI. The streaming stick (non 4k) will be using a 720P UI downscale. You may notice the difference.

The best case scenario would be to see just the top of a 3rd row but, with different sized images and some having titles and others not, we just can't be sure exactly how it will lay out.

I realized last night that the streaming stick appears like ebr's image above, so it is different. Sorry about that.

One last note (which is probably what you're addressing in the latest release), the only reason this becomes any sort of issue is when I reach the final row. There is no padding space after the final row so as a result, I cannot see the title as it stops at that point before the very last of the image shows. This is on the 4k tv, not streaming stick. Thanks guys!

I'm having the same issue.  Since there is no padding at the bottom row, you can't see the names/titles of anything on the bottom row.  It was fine before the latest Emby server update, had no issue.

Thanks!

Hi, the server update doesn't relate to this. It's something in the app that needs to be corrected. Thanks.

Hi.  Are you running the beta version of the app?
