I tried again but still in neutral

I am behind a freebox delta my ports 53 - 80 - 443 - 8096 - 8920 are well redirected, the use of these ports are allowed in my firewall (eset internet security).
I checked my open ports with the website: https://www.yougetsignal.com/tools/open-ports
local and remote connection in http with direct ip or with my domain name works, only the https connection blocks

Openssl is installed on my windows 10 pro

creating a certificate break problem

I found this link:  https://mondedie.fr/d/10802-Emby-with-certificate/2

but I have an error to generate the certificate.pfx, by typing the command "pkcs12 -export -out certificate.pfx -inkey privateKey.key -in certificate.crt".
I have the following message:
Error opening input file certificate.crt
certificate.crt: No such file or directory unable to write 'random state' error in pkcs12, I posted on their forum hoping also to have an answer.

I also found this video and following the instructions, with the command "x509 -days 730 -in ia.csr -CA ca.crt -CAkey ca.key -set_serial 01 -out ia.crt" to create the certificate j have this error:

unable to load certificate
26488: error: 0906D06C: PEM routines: PEM_read_bio: no start line: pem_lib.c: 707: Expecting: TRUSTED CERTIFICATE
unable to write 'random state'
error in x509

so I'm always looking for, a help would be welcome

thank you
