thesnappysneezer 2
These files use to work, and work on my PC and when accessing Emby from my AppleTV, but the ios app does not play them, I just get a loading icon. It is a large folder of several hundred old time radio programs starring Jack Benny. I use to not have this issue. I have renamed the folder, Reset Emby, resynched, everything. It just does not work in the app. These are just mp3s, all about 30 minutes long. I have tons of other similar files that play perfectly well. Also, shuffle does not seem to always work right when I shuffle an album, sometimes it randomly pulls in files from another artist. thesnappysneezer 2
Hi there, can you provide a sample file for testing? Thanks ! Hey, still having this issue. I have attached one of the mp3 files that won't play. So this folder contains every audio episode of Jack Benny, there are hundreds of mp3 files in it. The ios app doesn't load much beyond 1940 or so. It has trouble loading later files in the list.I have other folders with large amounts of files that the app has no trouble reading any. These files work on Apple TV and when using Emby through my computer's browser. These use to work in Emby on my phone and no longer do. I have actually upgraded to a new iphone 11 and the problem still persists. Edited June 8, 2020 by thesnappysneezer

Luke 36886
Hi, what version of iOS is your phone running? I just tested this file and it seemed to work just fine.
