Taffer 0 Posted September 6, 2019 Share Posted September 6, 2019 (edited) I have EMBY running on widows server and i use a Asus Nexus Player to browse and play movies and everything works perfectly but... Is it possible to have a custom background on the main page ? By that i mean when i first open up the EMBY app the first screen that loads has a list of the various folders where my movies are stored, can i have a picture in there instead of just a black background ? Happy2Play 8242 Posted September 6, 2019 Share Posted September 6, 2019 Well you can "Enable backdrops" via User preferences (user icon)-Display and that will randomly display backgrounds from your libraries Enable backdrops If enabled, backdrops will be displayed in the background of some pages while browsing the library. . ebr 14903 Posted September 6, 2019 Share Posted September 6, 2019 Hi. If you enable backgrounds while browsing in the app (on by default) the app will show a random backdrop from the item in focus. So, if you add backdrop images (or the same one) to your library folders, then that should show you a backdrop on first entry. Does that help?
