Netti93 0
Hi, some german cable tv channels (e.g. 5100 Das Erste HD) won't play in any web browser. It just stays at the spinning circle and I have to manually navigate back to the emby dashboard via the url. In the Android and Windows App everything works fine. In the Logs attached I played a working channel (5040 ServusTV) followed by a non-working channel (5100 Das Erste HD) directly after a server restart. Emby Server runs on an Ubuntu-VM and is fully updated. TV Hardware is a HD Homerun Expand.I also tried this with the latest Emby Server for Windows (portable x64) but had the same problem. embyserver.txt ffmpeg-remux-52f6cde4-59a0-4d68-8e23-2090d1d25a11_1.txt ffmpeg-transcode-900f8ec6-7151-486b-825b-16560a1e7914_1.txt Edited July 7, 2019 by Netti93
Luke 37024
Hi there, as a test if you turn off the server's transcoding throttle feature under the Transcoding section, does that make any difference?
Netti93 0
I have tested various transcoding settings (deactivated throttling, deactivated transcoding of server and/or tuner) but nothing helped.
Netti93 0
Is there anything else I should/could try?
Luke 37024
Hi, unfortunately I don't see anything obvious here. Would you like to try the beta server and see how that compares? Thanks.
Netti93 0
That didn't help either. But I realised, that the problem just occurs with Google Chrome (browsing data cleared, tested on multiple devices from various networks). With Firefox and Vivaldi everything seems to work. In Edge it works just sometimes but I can't figure out why.

Luke 37024
Ok so that was released in May. I can't find the Chromium version but I'm guessing it's based on 74?
Netti93 0
I guess so, too. I have updated recently and the problem is still there with version 2.6.1566.49 (Stable channel) (64-Bit).
