What Setup Does Emby Staff Use?

I'm curious as to what the staff here at Emby uses for their media experiences.

Not so much what their server is running on, but when they are done coding/answering forum questions/working their jobs/etc. what do device or setup do you watch/listen on at home, on the go or at work?

If you wanna flex your server setup as well, I'm sure others would like to know that too, but mainly wanting to know how you ingest media using Emby.

I'm not staff, but I'll get the ol' ball rolling!

I recently upgraded to a Shield from numerous Fire sticks and Mibox's.

I use to use Kodi as the frontend, but with the recent updates to Emby I no longer have the need/want to add another step.

I only use kodi if I'm wanting subtitles and the subtitles I have are offset too far. Kodi still makes downloading on the fly and offsetting much easier, but that's it.

I've got my movies, TV, and music automated so there's very little human interaction aside from when I want a movie I didn't know I wanted lol.

I have an automated request setup for my family members so I don't even need to hunt and add items they want anymore.

I even have IPTV running through Emby, but I rarely watch live TV so when I even do watch it, I lean towards Perfect Player, but look forward to what the future holds for Emby and IPTV.

On the go, I mainly use the web browser for simplicity and less strain on my mobile device. I watch TV from work, but I've used a fire tablet here and there.

Thanks for sharing your setups. It's always fun to know what the creators and upkeep crew use in their day-to-day lives. Either to compare and be envious, or to flex.

You are active here and you ask that question? At least some of the main Emby folks spend so much time in the answering part and it is clear they are they must spend some time in the development part so they have very little time left for any actual media consumption.

That is unless they have also acquired a DeLorean and a Flux capacitor and a little plutonium and tale periodic breaks to go for 88mph drives so as to repeat days over and over. Now that I think about it that "might" explain the apparent speed of some responses.
