Cannot Connect with Samsung TV

Hi guys. I had a similar problem. I couldn't connect to the Emby server running on my windows pc, from my samsung smart tv tizen os. I could connect from other devices. Was using emby on an appleTV on my samsung tv for a while, but my exgf took that with her. So I had to get Emby working on my tizen os. Went through a couple of threads on here without success, so i am posting what worked for me here. Hopefully someone can verify that this was the problem.

What finally did the trick for me was going to control panel->devices and printers on my windows pc.

My samsung tv shows up under devices and also under multimedia devices. Removed my samsung tv from multimedia devices. Emby App on samsung tv tizen os can now instantly connect to the server.
