PC Flirc remote will not work until mouse used first?

I have a htpc that I replaced with a new win10 and flirc due to a new case without the ir.  The old pc would go into emby and no issues with harmony remote.  New pc will not allow use of the same remote without moving the mouse first?  While on my Skull Canyon NUC using another Harmony remote on win10 no issues.

 

What am i missing here?

Here is the site.  It is an soc basically and is simple enough.  I cant tell you exactly how it works, if that is what you were asking?  I just programmed it using the commands already in my Harmony and it works.  It just wont work at bootup until you physically move the mouse.

Yes Keyboard works, no issues there.

If the keyboard works then that means Theater has focus and can receive input. I'm afraid I do not know what is preventing flirc from controlling the app. What kind of signals does it send, do you know?

I believe it emulates a MCE remote. It can also send keyboard pressses if you choose to set it up that way.

Yes Keyboard works, no issues there.

When I boot the system, it automatically loads emby.  The Harmony will not work at all until the mouse is powered on AND used.  No buttons will work at all until the mouse is used first.  I do have it set up for the MCE remote.

I also found that I have to hit a button twice, like double click on a mouse on both htpcs now.  Where my NUC allows me to boot and use the remote my win10 pc will not but they both now seem to want double button presses?

That's odd because i have a harmony for testing and don't see that problem at all.

I believe it was due to the inclusion of the cec drivers after the initial install.  I uninstalled on both machines and did not install (which I did install knowingly) them this time and the issue is gone.  Now on both systems, they respond to and boot up as it should.  

 

On a side note,  why do some of the images disappear and reappear after entering the item on the home screen?

The images issue is mostly gone now with several of the last few updates.  I posted on this in a couple of newer threads relating to this.  I dont think I am of help in this though because for me it was random, for giggles I resized the art and still a no go.  If I download new art via emby it will display, however If I replace the poster with my art it may or may not display for a day or so.  Then it does display but moves to a different movie and wont display its art?  IDK......It has gotten considerably better the last few releases and its not displaying 5% of the time and its 1 or two movies on the home screen where as it was several in a row on past releases.  I had to enter them and exit them to have the art be displayed.  After exiting one movie most of the other art is displayed with the exception of 1 or 2.  This was even after an hour or so just sitting idle.  

 

Again after the last few updates it now is only 1 - 3.
