Hola!

Agradecería mucho si me explican cómo hacerlo.

Hi, why not purchase an HD Homerun network tuner, then you can import the channels from that tuner into your Emby Server.

I do not know of any easy way to get IKS into Emby. Just to be clear, the "antenna" you mention is a satellite dish not a TV UHF antenna correct?
This dish then receives the IKS (Internet Key Service) codes via internet to unscramble the signal.
Typically those devices only allow one channel at a time to be used and work much like a cable set top box in that you then have to use a capture board on the output.

Instead of doing that do you have local broadcasts that can be received over the air with an indoor or outdoor UHF/VHF antenna?  If so for just the cost of the antenna (cheap) and a tuner (one time purchase) such as an HDHomeRun you have essentially free TV that can be streamed via Emby quite easily and can have multiple channels at the same time.  This is very easy to setup in Emby unlike an IKS based system.

Muchas gracias

Sorry but I'm an ignorant American that knows little about Cuba. Let me ask a few general questions.

What is you Internet speed like for you?  How fast/slow is it?

Do you have many broadcast stations near you where a $10-$15 US antenna can be attached to the TV and receive channels?

Besides Internet do you have a private or community network as well?

No tranquilo.

Saludos

If your IKS device has hdmi output you could capture it and use it but only 1 channel at a time. You could use that to record movies to build up your library.

If you have broadcast over the air stations you can add a tuner and small antenna and have those in Emby that people could watch TV on and of course use that to record shows/movies as well. You can get 4 tuners per device this way.

Just curious.  How do you share with other friends and neighbors (your 30 users) without Internet?  Do you run Ethernet cables between houses or use WIFI?

Are you building a neighborhood Emby system?
