Transcoding problem?

Okay, so I have been using Emby for a few months with no problems. I love it. Recently I went away for about 2 weeks, and when I came back, I started having issues.

Video files that played perfectly fine before, now glitch up and play weird at random points in the video. Like Ill be watching it and it'll be fine, and then all of the sudden the picture will start to "crack" and fragment and weird colors bleed over into everything. Sometimes this lasts a short time, other times its longer. It always goes back to normal after a while, but it still happens every time, usually in the same spots in the video. As I said, these videos played perfectly fine before.

Ive used both the regular Emby Channel and the Beta Channel. Ive tried beta Windows software. (I'm on Windows 7) And Ive messed with all the transcoding options in the Emby Control Panel. Trying different things. Nothing seems to make any difference.

I thought it may be transcoding related, because its exactly what happened when I tried to play these video files on my Roku using other media server software that either didn't have transcoding or had bad transcoding. Emby was what finally got the movies playing properly, until now.

Do you have hardware acceleration enabled? It almost sounds as if you do by your issue of crack, fragment, and bleed weird colors. This is exactly the symptom of the Roku disliking the transcoded stream. Disabling hardware acceleration should solve it.

I do not have Hardware Acceleration enabled. I checked to make sure it was off. As for logs....

Well I read the link you guys posted and couldn't find anything quite like what you were talking about. All I found were the following log files in "C:\Users\Kyle\AppData\Roaming\Emby-Server\programdata\logs" So Ive attached them, along with a couple pictures showing what Ive been dealing with. I wanted to upload a small video but it wouldn't let me.
