Bazzu85 21
Hi guys, I'm trying to play an episode with ass subs. The subs are selected but not loaded on screen. Playing on phone or chromecast are loaded.. Is this a known issue? I attach a screenshot of file info..
Bazzu85 21
as additional test, I tried to disable "Allow subtitle extraction on the fly" on transcoding tab.. the ass are now hard coded on the video because of trascoding, but I lost direct play also on mkv episode with srt inside (tested before and after disabling sub extraction on the fly.. FrostByte 5024
Just played part of the movie The 400 Blows with internal ASS subs and saw nothing on the screen https://pastebin.com/z36eMNac Also, when the movie first started I saw the [CC] button on the OSD and clicked it and it showed the subtitle was selected (though nothing was being displayed), but when I turned Stats for Nerds on and then turned SFN back off the CC was no longer displayed on the OSD. Movie direct played Allow subtitle extraction on fly was checked. App version .230 Server is .51 beta Edited October 11, 2018 by FrostByte
