Like all things there's bound to be a priority list they have to stick to however, in my opinion, this should be at the top. After all, they already do this with TV Shows? I've also left a post regarding "Emby Niggles" and would appreciate some feedback from the rest of the users, and maybe some additions to it, as I'm sure I've missed stuff! Could I please ask the author of this plugin to update it? I think there are a lot of users that rely on it. Otherwise, maybe emby could finally implement it by default? Thanks in advance! I was thinking if we can add the 4K format in the edit metadata like the 3D we wouldn't have to worry about the server version or will that be to hard to do? Here's an example: Parasite (2019) B&W (1080p BluRay x265 HEVC 10bit AAC 5.1 Korean Silence) Parasite (2019) (2160p BluRay x265 HEVC 10bit HDR AAC 7.1 Bandi) When i go to look at a movie it shows me exactly what i need to know. Yes, if all versions of a movie are under a folder, then emby will group them and it'll show a single movie view. However without this addon, if they are in different folder, say 1080p and 4k, then emby will show 2 movie posters. With this plugin, it'll show 1 movie poster, then you can use granular folder permissions to give users access to both folders or just one depending on their device/connection capabilities.
