Bearus1987 1
Hi All, First post here so apologies if this is meant to be posted in the Linux server section or here. I have a Linux based Emby server running with a few users / devices added and for some reason my Xbox users are unable to load content. They can access the library but when go to play a movie they just end up with a white spinning circle. Tried to get them to clear uninstall and reinstall app with me re-pinning them and same issue.Any advice? Cheers,

Bearus1987 1
Hi Luke, Apologies for me being new here so just to understand you need my embyserver.txt log file and also if possible at the time of the user having an error playing the content I need to send the most recent ffmpeg file? Other than this I can't think of any other way to explain this issue....Downloaded Emby app onto Xbox one skips the login and sends me pin on screen, I pin the device I can see it so I rename it and then he restarts app once I grant user permissions and he can see library. After this part the user tried to load any content and is left with a spinning white circle and gets no further. Cheers,

Bearus1987 1
Luke, Fixed this issue it seems to be an issue with the user account I was pinning to. Created a new user and granted device access all good, thanks for the help though
